As the founder and president of Precision Legal Services, Marc has built a reputation for providing small and mid-sized law firms with the same cutting-edge forensic capabilities typically reserved for BigLaw — without the overhead or red tape.

Marc has been appointed by courts across the country to forensically collect and analyze digital evidence in high-stakes litigation. He has served as a testifying expert in both state and federal courts on issues ranging from metadata authenticity to spoliation and forensic collection protocols. His testimony has been pivotal in securing sanctions, defending against them, and unraveling complex discovery disputes.

Marc doesn’t just collect data — he crafts litigation strategy around it. He’s known for deploying advanced technologies such as AI, predictive coding, email threading, clustering, and near-duplicate detection to help legal teams uncover the signal in the noise.
